RECORD SEALING/EXPUNGING

Having a public criminal record can be at the very least embarrassing, and at worst can impact your ability to further your education, get a job, or otherwise pursue a career.  Many of those accused of crimes are eligible to have their records sealed or expunged, which removes all public records of their criminal cases maintained by the Clerk of Court, along with any and all records maintained by any criminal justice agency, including Law Enforcement Agencies.  The Attorneys at Michael Hines Law have handled thousands of sealings and expunctions and are available to determine whether a person with a criminal record is eligible to have that record sealed or expunged.
